Pro Rating is given to an active microblading professional based on her (his) current work. The work of the artist is analyzed weekly and a team of international microblading experts that also includes the trainer of the artist will review the progress weekly.
Pro-rating over3.0 - means that the artist is very good in her region.
Pro-rating over4.0 - means that the artist is exceptional. Only a few achieve that.
Pro-rating over4.5 - means that the artist has achieved the highest standards in the art of microblading when it comes to her (his) attitude, precision, work-ethics, client-centricity and devotion to the field.
