Can not be passed for the following reasons:

1. Beginning lines must be curved the same way.
2. Beginning lines must be symmetrical.
3. Beginning lines CANNOT go over or on top of the drawn outer lines.

Your upper lines starter very good and then the direction went bad! 

A couple of suggestions: 
The easiest way to make upper lines correctly is to direct those to point 6 at first. When you approach point 2 then the LAST upper line that starts before point 2 should head towards pt 3. Upper lines cannot be headed too low in the tail section of the brow. Also, those must be SYMMETRICAL. 

Please take those things into account. 
Also we must admit that the quality of the actual brows made by the same user has raised a lot over time! 

These are beautiful beginnings according to Europe ONE brow pattern.

Please try to make thinner lines, just one draw and sharper pencil. Lines must be exactly inside the shape lines (from lower shape line to upper shape line). Remember that you will delete the shape lines after and brow shape depends on the lines inside. 
Try to make the lines nice and smoothly curved.

Better would be if you could do it on practice skin.
